Terms of use

SkyHighSoles is run by Lauren, a UK based creator. By using this site you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or over to use this site, join the email list or buy anything.
SkyHighSoles sells worn clothing and footwear and digital content (photos and videos) only.
No meet-ups, calls or personal services of any kind are offered, now or in the future. Requests for them will be refused and the sender blocked.
Prices are listed in the Lounge and can change at any time. The price agreed when you order is the price you pay.
All content is for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling or reposting any photo, video or other content is not allowed.
I can refuse or cancel any order, and block anyone, at my discretion. Any money paid for a cancelled order is returned.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

House rules

18 and over only. Always.
No face, ever. Please don't ask.
Payment first. Nothing is worn or posted until payment clears.
No free content, no samples, no haggling.
No unsolicited images.
Be polite, or be blocked.

Delivery and refunds

Every order is sent tracked, in a sealed bag and plain packaging, to any address or InPost locker you choose, worldwide.
Postage: tights are free within the UK and £10 outside the UK. Postage for everything else is quoted with your order.
Paying through OnlyFans adds 20% to cover their fees.
Worn items, custom orders and digital content are made or prepared to your request, so they are non-refundable once your order is confirmed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If a parcel is lost in transit, contact me with your order details and I'll open a claim with the carrier.

Privacy

SkyHighSoles is the data controller for the information you give on this site. Contact: lauren@skyhighsoles.com.

What I collect: your first name and email address when you join the list, and your name, email and message when you send a request or question.

Why: to send you the emails you signed up for (with your consent) and to reply to and fulfil your requests. I never sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it is kept: securely with trusted providers that host the site, the database and the email service. Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Order records may be kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights: you can unsubscribe at any time, and ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies: this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores a small note in your browser so you don't have to accept the policies on every visit.
